For those who have completed the BCCDCC Immunization Competency Course. This course may also serve as an update regarding current COVID-19 vaccines for experienced clinicians and for those who have taken the COVID-19 Immunization Competency Course.
Purpose: To provide an overview of the current recommendations for the use of COVID-19 mRNA vaccines in BC. A summary on the recommmendations for the protein subunit vaccine used in BC is also included.
Intended Audience: Any interested immunizer (PHNs, Pharmacists, Physicians, Naturopathic Physicians, Midwives, LPNs, RNs, RPNs, OHNs, Travel Nurses, Vaccine Trial Nurses) as well as interested health care students.
