The Two-Spirit Dry Lab (2SDL) is a collaborative of Indigenous and settler researchers and community leaders engaged in research at the intersections of Indigeneity, gender, sexual orientation, and geography:

• to promote wise and best practices in sex and gender science,
• to grow new knowledge(s) to improve outcomes of Two-Spirit people(s) and communities,
• to build capacity to promote understanding and best and wise practices for Indigenous and Two-Spirit research,
• to discovery through analyses and continuous learning and engagement with and for the Two-Spirit community.

The 2SDL formed in response to a commitment to address the 2015 Truth & Reconciliation Commission's Calls-to-Action and is generously supported by: the BC Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC); Chee Mamuk, an Indigenous health program at BCCDC; the Simon Fraser University Faculty of Health Sciences and the Community-Based Research Centre (CBRC).
